What needs to be included:

• Cover letter: Provide service name and address.
• Documents for service. (additional copies are not mandatory)
• Pre-stamped self-addressed envelope for the return of a Notarized Affidavit and Invoice.

Invoice will follow service. Cost varies with mileage ($10 Sheriff Fee + $1 per mile) Maximum of 3 service attempts.

*Waivers of indigence are accepted.

*No cost for services made on Protection Orders
