Cash and Credit Card Deposits may be made to an Inmate’s Account through a Kiosk
located in the Lobby of the North Building of the Justice Center.
All deposits post immediately to the Inmate’s Account for use in the Commissary
and a fee does apply for the use of the kiosk.
Money can be deposited on an inmate's account using a credit card via the Internet .

Section 274.96 of the U.S. Postal Service's Administrative Support Manual states:
"Authorized personnel of prisons, jails, or other correctional institutions,
under rules and regulations promulgated by the institution, may open, examine
and censor mail sent from or addressed to an inmate of the institution or jail.
All inmate mail should be addressed with the inmates' first and
last name and proper ID#. Mailing Address is
provided above in the Inmate Details.
The following items are permitted with noted restrictions. When incoming mail is
determined to be unacceptable, it will be returned in its entirety, to the
U.S. Postal Service to be returned to sender.

laminated items and no more than 6 pages from a book or publication)

ALL INCOMING MAIL IS INSPECTED. ANY MAIL THAT IS THOUGHT TO
BE A SECURITY RISK TO INMATES OR STAFF WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AT THE
DISCRETION OF SECURITY.
