WANTED

On 9/5/04 Eric Washington, using a fictitious drivers license in the name of Eric Johnson, entered the 5 th 3rd bank located in the Kroger Store, Colerain Avenue , Colerain Township and attempted to deposit a forged check in the amount of $39865.00 into an account that had been opened in the name of Eric Johnson. Washington attempted to obtain $3,000.00 in cash at the time of the deposit. Washington was responsible for the theft of approximately $8000.00 in other forged check transactions at other 5 th 3rd Bank locations. Washington utilized several different addresses all of which are fictitious. Washington, aka Eric Johnson, Kyle Gulley, is wanted for Forgery and Possession of Criminal Tools; he is 39 years old, 5'11”, 150 lbs., black hair, brown eyes.
