Unclaimed Funds are primarily funds remaining in an inmate's account when they are released from jail or from a foreclosure action. These funds will remain on the website for 30 days from date of posting.  By law after 30 days, the unclaimed funds will be turned over to the Hamilton County Treasurer per Ohio Revised Code 5120.13.

To claim your inmate funds, go to the Justice Center North Building, 1000 Sycamore Room 120 between the hours of 8:00AM-4:00PM.

Funds from a Foreclosure Action  that go unclaimed can be claimed in the Justice Center South Building Room 110 between the hours of 8:00AM-4:00PM.
