What is a JMS_Number and why is it important?
This is a unique identifier for that inmate's particular "stay" while
incarcerated. This is how he/she is tracked, gets mail, commissary, etc.
What is a Control Number?
This is a criminal database identifier - it tracks a person's criminal
history within Hamilton County.
Other Counties have another form of identifier
What is an Active Holder?
This is an additional "hold" for another agency. The inmate is not being held
by our agency on this charge.
